BACOLOD City – A 12-year-old boy was found dead floating in the river in Barangay Caduha-an, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Regan Villanueva of Barangay Luna, Cadiz City was believed to have been drowned, a police report showed.
His lifeless body was discovered around 11:40 a.m. on Feb. 14, it added.
Officers of the Cadiz City have yet to rule out foul play in the incident. Investigations were ongoing as of this writing. /PN
