BACOLOD City – The Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco) permanently shut down its collection center in Barangay Singcang.
Ceneco officer-in-Charge Jose Taniongon said the center’s operation was until yesterday, July 19. He did not further cite the reason for the closure.
“Paying consumers may opt to settle their accounts in other ALVIO Business Centers, located in several barangays in this city, or in the cities of Talisay and Silay,” he noted.
Taniongon reminded consumers that the existing collection centers will still accept overdue payments, however, for disconnection and reconnection concerns, consumers will be referred to Ceneco’s main offices./PN
