ILOILO City – A tricycle driver drowned in a seaside resort in Barangay Baras, Guimbal, Iloilo.
Police identified the casualty as 54-year-old Ronald Canhe, a resident of Barangay Talacuan, Leon, Iloilo.
Resort guests found him floating around 1:45 p.m. on May 1.
The victim was allegedly drunk when he went out swimming, police said./PN
