COMEDIENNE and “Tawag ng Tanghalan” celebrity grand winner Ethel Booba is pregnant.
Ethel shared the good news on Friday as she returned to the hit Kapamilya noontime show “It’s Showtime.”
“Ano ba ‘yan, naiiyak ako. I’m happy for the gift of life…Double celebration. Double congratulations to me,” she said.
“Oo siyempre ito na nga. Six months,” she went on. “Kaya nahihirapan akong kumanta, parang lalabas ang bahay-bata ko…Pasensiya na, hindi ako makabuga [sa pagkanta], ang sakit talaga ng puson ko.”
“It’s Showtime” host Vice Ganda, for his part, expressed his happiness for Ethel.
“Congratulations! We are so happy for you,” he said.
In her recent interview on “Tonight With Boy Abunda,” Ethel confirmed that she is happy in her relationship with her non-showbiz boyfriend, Jessie Salazar. (ABS-CBN)
