ILOILO City – A man was arrested in Barangay San Jose, Arevalo district.
The 19-year-old resident John Michael Tuburan was nabbed around 11:45 p.m. on Friday, a police report showed.
His apprehension followed after village watchmen caught him carrying a rooster that the 53-year-old Jonathan Alimen – also a resident of San Jose – reported missing.
Tuburan was detained in the lockup cell of the Arevalo police station./PN
