CAPIZ – Two men, both aged 22, got accidentally electrocuted in Barangay Aranguel, President Roxas town.
Edmond Bonayuon was pronounced dead following the incident, while his cousin, Romar Bonayuon, is currently under medical treatment.
The two accidentally came into contact with an electrical wire during the installation of a post for a telecommunications company on Nov. 25.
The local authorities have begun an investigation into the incident, focusing on the circumstances of the electrocution and the safety protocols observed at the time.
No official statement has been released by the telecommunications company involved as of yet./PN
