BACOLOD City – Suspected shabu weighing about 100 grams valued at around P900,000 was seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 6.
Resident Joel Beate yielded the suspected illegal drugs, police said.
Beate was caught after he allegedly sold suspected shabu to an undercover officer on Tuesday.
Personnel of the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit 6 staged the entrapment operation.
Police Lieutenant Thursly Castillo said they monitored Beate’s illegal drug activity for two weeks.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 wil be filed against Beate./PN
