On Monday, Feb. 6, GSO head Gilda Lluisma said the 500 vehicles were issued to accountable city government officers and employees.

Benitez said show-cause orders will be issued.

INF vehicles were mostly issued to the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO), according to Lluisma, while some accountable employees already resigned, retired, or absent without official leave (AWOL).
