ILOILO City – Thirteen plastic packs of shabu were seized in Barangay Sambag, Zarraga, Iloilo.
Bryan Gustilo, 36, of Barangay Buhang, Jaro district and Mark Willcomm, 50 of San Joaquin, Iloilo were arrested, too.
Police also recovered during the buy-bust operation around 8:35 p.m. on Thursday were P500 cash, a cellphone, a matchbox, a box of fluocinonide, and an improvised tooter.
