ILOILO City – Thirteen sachets of shabu were seized from a resident of Barangay Jibolo, Janiuay, Iloilo on Wednesday.
The 22-year-old Jeric Molleda was arrested during a buy-bust operation the police staged in Barangay Gines Patag, Cabatuan town.
Molleda sold to an undercover officer a sachet of shabu for P500 at around 1 a.m., a police report stated.
Twelve plastic packs of the same substance were further seized from him, the police said.
Molleda was detained at the Cabatuan police station.
He faces charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
