ROXAS City – A minor was caught over charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The 17-year-old boy was nabbed around 4 p.m. on Monday in Barangay Inzo Arnaldo in this capital city, a police report showed.
The boy’s arrest was conducted on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Esperanza Isabel Poco-Deslate of the Regional Trial Court Branch 14 in Roxas City issued on Sept. 18.
The court issued the warrant in relation to Criminal Case C-44-18 that the boy faces.
No bail bond was recommended for the boy’s temporary liberty./PN
