BACOLOD City – A 17-year-old boy was arrested for violating the election gun ban in Barangay Old Poblacion, Escalante City, Negros Occidental.
A magnum .357 revolver loaded with three live bullets was seized the boy who was now under the custody of the Escalante City police station’s Women and Children Protection Desk.
The boy was apprehended around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday after he allegedly pointed a gun at the 30-year-old Joefre Gemina for no apparent reason.
Gemina ran away and reported to the police.
The minor will be turned over to the Department of Social Welfare and Development./PN
