Baltazar also urged the PDL graduates to continue their desire for better things in life and give importance to education.
The PDLs, who all passed the accreditation and equivalency test, received certificates signed by DepEd secretary Leonor Briones.
Meanwhile, one of the PDLs paid tribute to the family members present, ALS mobile teachers and the MBDJ-MD management for the opportunity and assistance to finish their education.
