ILOILO City – They allegedly mauled and stabbed to death an 18-year-old man in Barangay Cafe, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.
The 19-year-old Marck Arca of Barangay Barasalon, Janiuay, Iloilo and a 16-year-old boy were arrested over the death of Barangay Cafe resident Marvin Jay Somodio, a police report showed.
According to investigation, the boy mauled Somodio while Arca stabbed him. It was not immediately clear what weapon did Arca use.
Arca and the boy were apprehended at around 7:25 p.m. on Wednesday, the report stated.
They were now in the custody of the Sta. Barbara police station.
Police were still determining the motive in the incident./PN
