BACOLOD City – An 18-year-old man was caught over charges of violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
John Ray Britania was arrested around 11 a.m. on Oct. 13 in Barangay Mansilingan in this capital city, a police report showed.
Britania’s arrest was conducted on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Edwin Gomez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 43 issued on Sept. 18, 2020.
The suspect was now in the custody of Police Station 7.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
