BACOLOD City – Charged with “other crimes of abuse”, a 19-year-old lad was arrested in Zone 5, Purok Patuloy, Barangay Mambulac, Silay City, Negros Occidental on April 5.
Edwin Estancia Jr.’s arrest warrant was issued by Judge Dyna Doll Tiongson-Trocio of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 40 in Silay City on March 21.
It was served to him by Lieutenant Colonel Robert Petate, officer-in-charge of the Silay City police station.
Estancia was taken to the city police station. He would be temporarily freed if he could post bail that the court set at P80,000./PN
