ILOILO City – He allegedly stole clothes from a mall in Barangay Bolilao, Mandurriao district.
The 19-year-old Andrew Bedonia of Barangay Balabag, Pavia, Iloilo was arrested for shoplifting, a police report showed.
The mall’s security guard nabbed Bedonia around 4 p.m. on Dec. 31 for taking clothes worth P2,999 without paying for them, police said.
According to the guard, the young man failed to present receipts for the items, prompting him to call the cops.
Bedonia was brought to the Mandurriao police station where he was detained./PN
