ROXAS City ā A 16-year-old boy caught in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Angub, Cuartero, Capiz ran away from the custody of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO).
The minor escaped the Puluy-an sang Pagpalangga Crisis Center in Barangay Inzo Arnaldo Village on Monday along with another boy.
They passed on the centerās roof to escape.
The 16-year-old boy was caught with Barangay Angub resident Ana Felicia Alegre, 21, in a sting operation that the Capiz Police Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit ā led by Senior Inspector Hilbert Gevero ā conducted on Feb. 27.
Two sachets of shabu and drug paraphernalia were seized in the operation.
The 16-year-old boy has yet to be located as of this writing.
The other one, meanwhile, was turned over by his parents to the CSWDO after he went home./PN
