ILOILO City – Two residents of Barangay San Felix, City Proper were arrested for alleged selling on Saturday.
Jerson “Bukol” Dingcong, 26, and Andrea May Capungha, 20, were detained at Police Station 1.
Citing intelligence information, Superintendent Jonathan Pablito, Police Station 1 chief, said the suspects were affiliated with the Odicta drug group.
They have previously turned themselves in to the police for documentation amid the government crackdown on drug suspects, Pablito added.
Dingcong and Capungha sold a sachet of suspected shabu to a poseur buyer for P600.
Three more plastic packs of the same substance were found inside a coin purse seized from Dingcong, a police report stated.
Police Station 1 operatives staged the buy-bust operation at around 5:20 p.m.
