BACOLOD City – A mini-bus crashed in Sitio Docog-docog, Barangay Rizal, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, killing two people – including a minor – and wounding two others.
The fatalities were 12-year-old Rudilyn Segurado and 26-year-old John Jucher Segurado.
On the other hand, Judy Ann Montesino, 18, and Jonarie Sumiga, 39, were brought to the San Carlos City Hospital for their injuries.
Investigation revealed the break of the vehicle malfunctioned.
Driver Juditho Locsin was taken to the San Carlos City police station.
