ILOILO City – Francis Santos and Andres Biclar were detained at the police station in Arevalo district. They were accused of selling illegal drugs.
Police arrested them in a buy-bust operation in Barangay San Pedro, Molo district late Wednesday evening.
Santos and Biclar, both residents of the same village, sold to an undercover officer a sachet of suspected shabu for P500 at 11:15 p.m., a police report stated.
Police further recovered from the suspects three more sachets of the same substance.
Both face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
