BACOLOD City – Two drug pushing suspects were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Camugao, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Aljon Cañete, a resident of the village, and Dennis Berzuela of the city’s Barangay 6 sold a sachet of suspected shabu to a poseur buyer for P500, a police report showed.
Five more sachets valued at P20,400 were recovered from them around 10:20 a.m. on Aug. 8, it added.
The suspects were detained at the Kabankalan City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
