ILOILO City – Police arrested two drunken men in Barangay Ilong Bukid, San Rafael, Iloilo.
Nelson Ticar, 56, of Barangay San Florentino, San Rafael and Alfred Lumibat, 58, of Barangay Ilongbukid were detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
Complaints from their neighbors prompted the local officers to arrest the two men at 5:25 p.m. on Sunday, a police report showed.
Ticar and Lumibat were “creating disturbance” and Ticar was carrying a 12-gauge shotgun, police said.
The officers discovered that Ticar did not have a license to possess the weapon./PN
