ILOILO City – A shootout at a videoke bar in Barangay Rumbang, Pototan, Iloilo wounded two persons – the bar owner and a customer.
Edgar Dador, owner of Doods KTV Bar, and customer Fernando Delgado, a 64-year-old resident of Barangay Alalasan, Lapuz, Iloilo City, were both confined at the Iloilo Provincial Hospital in Pototan.
The shooting happened around 9 p.m. on Monday. If Dador were to be believed, Delgado’s group refused to pay P610 for the drinks they consumed.
There was a heated argument. Delgado’s group insisted they already paid.
Police said Dador used a .45 pistol on Delgado but failed to recover it.
On the other hand, they recovered a .38 revolver from Delgado. They also arrested his three companions – Ronald Parreño, Ron Moises Parreño and Rene Paul Villareal./PN
