BACOLOD City – Two people were killed while three were injured in separate motorcycle mishaps on Friday in Sagay and Cadiz cities.
Kenneth Ticson Timtim, 28, of Purok Crotons, Barangay Poblacion 2, Sagay City, died after his motorcycle crashed against another vehicle around 3 p.m. on Friday.
Timtim sustained fatal head and body injuries and was rushed to Lopez District Farmers Foundation Hospital, Inc. in the city but was declared dead on arrival.
His back-rider, identified as Bimbo Liboon, is currently recuperating at the same hospital, police said.
Suspect Reny Mark Obag Dalisay, 37, is now detained.
In Cadiz City, a motorcycle crashed against another motorcycle around 8:15 p.m. on Friday, killing Jeffrey Caspe Efanto, 33, of Purok Sisoy, Barangay Cabahug in the city.
Injured were Daniel Belberio Jasmin, 26, and Jonard Francisco Verga, 30./PN
