BACOLOD City – Two died in separate vehicular accidents in Cadiz City and EB Magalona town, Negros Occidental.
The fatalities were Ronnie Guarino Sabacan, 50, of Hacienda Bayabas, Barangay Daga, Cadiz City and Graig Gian Gam Sayo, 9, of St. Michael Subdivision, Barangay Alicante, EB Magalona.
Sabacan fell from his motorcycle in Barangay Tiglawigan, Cadiz City around 8 p.m. on Jan. 6. He died while being rushed to the Cadiz City Emergency Clinic.
Police said Sabacan was on his way home from Sagay City when he fell from his motorcycle.
Sayo, on the other hand, was hit by a cargo truck of CEED Marketing Corp. while crossing the national highway in Barangay Alicante, EB Magalona around 12:30 p.m.
The truck was driven by Wilson Antonio Sayson, 30, of Cebu. He surrendered to the EB Magalona police station./PN
