BACOLOD City – Two men were found dead in Sitio Nabalabag, Barangay San Isidro, Pamplona, Negros Oriental, a police report showed.
Municipal police chief Senior Inspector Lynbert Yango identified the men as the 31-yea-old Rogelio Rufino and 18-year-old Sherwin Omatang – both residents of Barangay Mansagumayon, Pamplona.
The bodies were found around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, police said.
Rufino and Omatang were last seen alive around 10 a.m. on April 10, according to the investigators.
That day, they attended the annual fiesta in Sitio Nabalabag with brothers Sherwin Ybias, 19, and Shaolin Ybias, 17.
Rufino and Omatang never returned home since.
Police were still investigating the deaths./PN
