BACOLOD City – Two persons were arrested in Barangay Talaban, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental on Tuesday.
Amy Torres and Dave Geronaga were charged with violation of Republic Act 7610, or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act, a police report showed.
Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 56 ordered Torres’ and Geronaga’s arrest on Sept. 27, 2021 and Oct. 4, 2021, respectively. He set an P80,000 bail bond each for their temporary liberty.
The suspects were detained at the Himamaylan City police station./PN
