BACOLOD City – Two persons were arrested in a sting operation in Barangay Mambulac, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Five sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P120,000 were seized from 32-year-old resident Cristan Pegaris and 22-year-old Emmanuel Junsay, a police report showed.
Aside from suspected illegal drugs, an improvised shotgun with two live bullets, P5,000 marked money and a cellphone were confiscated from them around 11:45 a.m. on Monday, the report added.
The suspects were detained in the custodial facility of the Silay City police station, facing charges./PN
