ILOILO City – They sold suspected shabu, police said.
The 23-year-old Roel Gregori Jr. and a 16-year-old lad were nabbed in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Our Lady of Lourdes, Jaro district, a police report showed.
Gregori and the minor – residents of Barangay Desamparados, Jaro and Bakhaw, Mandurriao district respectively – were caught after they sold a sachet of suspected illegal drugs to an undercover cop for P13,000 around 2:45 p.m. on Aug. 23, it added.
When frisked, the suspects yielded five more sachets of suspected shabu.
The suspects were detained in the custodial facility of the Jaro police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
