ILOILO City – Two suspected drug pushers were nabbed in a sting operation in Barangay Bancal, Carles, Iloilo.
They were 28-year-old Jake Manocan of Barangay Pinatuad, Nabas, Aklan and Cesar Bensurto, 31, of Barangay Bancal, a police report showed.
An undercover officer initially bought from Manocan and Bensurto a sachet of suspected shabu for P1,000, it added.
Ten more sachets of the prohibited substance valued at around P30,000 were confiscated during the suspect’s arrest around at 12:15 a.m. on Oct. 9.
