ROXAS City – Two men were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation on Immaculate Heart of Mary Avenue at Pueblo de Panay in Barangay Lawaan, a police report showed.
Police identified the suspects as Johann Patrick “JP” Dequiña and Jingle Potato.
Dequiña and Potato were caught after the former sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover police officer for P1,000 around 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday.
When frisked, the suspects yielded three more sachets of the suspected illegal drugs. The police also impounded a multicab from them.
Dequiña and Potato were detained at the Roxas City police station lockup facility.
They were facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
