BACOLOD City – A man visiting a wake was shot to death in Barangay Cudangdang, EB Magalona, Negros Occidental on Maundy Thursday.
Alex Alingco was a 47-year-old resident of Hacienda Cudangdang 4 also in Barangay Cudangdang.
There were two male suspects but they remained unidentified as of this writing, according to Senior Inspector Bonifacio Aral Jr., EB Magalona police station chief.
Alingco died of gunshot wounds in the head and other parts of the body.
The two gunmen left after shooting Alingco.
The police station of EB Magalona appealed to the people who witnessed the shooting to give statements to the police for the quick identification of the killers./PN
