CAPIZ – Two wanted persons in this province were arrested in separate police operations.
Ricky Baldonado Capapas, 48, had pending charges for nine counts of acts of lasciviousness.
He was the No. 4 most wanted person in the province.
Capapas, currently detained at the Sigma Municipal Police Station, was served with an arrest warrant in Barangay Mianay, Sigma recently.
The arrest warrant dated July 21, 2023 was signed by Judge Eric Anthony Dumpilo of the Regional Trial Court (RTC), Branch 14 in Roxas City.
The court recommended a bail bond of P180,000 for his temporary liberty.
Meanwhile, 66-year-old Arsenio Gracio, facing a rape charge, was arrested in Barangay Jagnaya, Jamindan.
The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Jose C. Furtuno of the RTC, 5th Judicial Region, Branch 48 in Masbate City dated May 14, 2012.
The court did not recommend bail for his provisional liberty./PN
