ROXAS City – Two women were arrested in a buy-bust operation carried out by the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit (RDEU) in Barangay Banica.
Annanette Barredo, 35, was a resident of Barangay San Jose while Cindy Fuentes, 33, was from Barangay Libas.
Operatives seized a total of six sachets of suspected shabu, P12,500 marked money, a lighter, and a wallet.
The suspected shabu weighed around 25 grams and valued at P170,000.
This was not the first time the two women were arrested for suspected illegal drug activities – Fuentes in 2018 and Barredo in 2019./PN
