ILOILO City – A total of 205 pornographic digital video discs (DVDs) were seized from a 19-year-old lad peddling them on Valeria Street, City Proper.
Ian Talatala was a resident of Barangay Tanza Bonifacio, City Proper, according to the personnel of the city government’s task force on internet, gaming centers, anti-piracy and pornography who arrested him around 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
The suspect faces a charge for violation of Republic Act 9995 (Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009) and Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code that prohibits the sale of films offensive to morals.
