Arevalo district police chief Senior Inspector Mary Socorro Borio will be detailed to the Capiz Police Provincial Office.
Senior Inspector Eduardo Siacon had replaced Borio while Chief inspector Engelbert Banquillo took over Navales’ post.

“I shall set high expectations for performance, but I will be fair and just. I will match the right person to the right position,” Bulalacao said on June 5, his first day in office as Western Visayas’ top policeman.
There would be a regular evaluation of provincial and city police directors and station commanders by the Regional Senior Officers Placement and Promotion Board of the PRO-6.
“Good deeds and exemplary performance will be quickly acknowledged and rewarded, while mediocre performance and misbehavior will be swiftly sanctioned and not tolerated,” said Bulalacao.
He declared as taboo “all forms of influence peddling” especially in policemen’s assignments and the promotion process./PN
