ILOILO – Across the province on Dec. 13, policemen arrested 27 wanted persons, according to the Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO).
The municipal police force of Oton caught four while that of Concepcion, three.
Cops in Santa Barbara, Anilao, Ajuy, and Sara arrested two wanted persons in each of these towns.
On the other hand, one fugitive was caught in the following municipalities: Guimbal, Igbaras, Tigbauan, San Miguel, Calinog, Janiuay, Lambunao, Mina, Dingle, Dueñas, Tubungan, and Balasan.
IPPO director Police Colonel Gilbert Gorero urged other municipal police stations to review their list of wanted persons and serve to them their pending warrants of arrest./PN
