2,800 in Aklan to take civil service exam

AKLAN – Around 2,800 examinees in the province of Aklan will be taking the 2023 Career Service Examination—Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) on Sunday, March 26.

Four public schools in Kalibo will serve as testing venues for the Professional and Subprofessional levels, according to Civil Service Commission (CSC) Aklan Field Office Director II Leo Jamorin.

These are Kalibo Pilot Elementary School, Kalibo Elementary School, Aklan National High School for Arts and Trades and Kalibo Integrated Special Education Center.

Examinees are reminded to access the Online Notice of School Assignment, or ONSA, through CSC’s website and to read thoroughly and understand fully the “Examinee’s Guide in Taking CSE-PPT”.

Examinees are required to wear face masks at all times at testing venues, added Jamorin.

They should bring a valid identification card, black ballpen/s, personal alcohol or hand sanitizer, and wear proper attire on examination day, preferably plain white shirts/tops.

Sleeveless shirt/blouse, shorts/short pants, tokong pants, ripped jeans, and slippers are not allowed, he added.

Examinees are also reminded to be at their assigned testing venue no later than 6:30 a.m. The testing venues will be closed to examinees at exactly 7:45 a.m.

Smartphones, pens and eyeglasses with built-in cameras and other gadgets/electronics, calculators or watch calculators, tablets, books, and dictionaries are not allowed in the examinee’s seat.

Jamorin said this March 2023 CSE-PPT saw more examinees compared to last August 2022./PN
