BACOLOD City – Three armed robbery suspects were arrested during a dragnet operation led by the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) in Barangay Alijis, here.
Nabbed were Rodolfo Suelan, 43, of Barangay Taculing; Roberto Delo Santos, 42; and Richard Parcon, 45, both of Barangay Villamonte, at about 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 5. They were onboard a Pajero and motorcycle.
Suelan was a former security guard; he and Delos Santos wore bulletproof vests during their arrest.
A .35 revolver, two .38 revolvers and several live ammunitions were recovered.
Colonel Noel Aliño, BCPO director, said they initiated a dragnet operation following the reported hot pursuit by the Talisay City Police Station.
The robbery incident occurred at 7:50 p.m. on Thursday at the Shopee Express Hub in Barangay Zone 12, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Following coordination, the Task Force BCPO Bantay Holdupper and Akyat Bahay of Police Stations 6 and 7 were immediately dispatched./PN
