BACOLOD City – Three drug suspects were arrested in two separate entrapment operations in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Jayban Rosalejos, 25, and Richard Perez, 27, were caught in Barangay 5 around 9 a.m. on Monday, a police report showed.
Confiscated from their possession were 17 sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P20,400 and P300 marked money.
In Barangay 6 at around 2:15 p.m., the San Carlos police apprehended 44-year-old resident Joselito Lumbrino.
When frisked, the suspect yielded six sachets of the prohibited substance, P500 money and drug paraphernalia.
Rosalejos, Perez and Lumbrino were detained in the lockup facility of the San Carlos City police station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects./PN
