ILOILO City – Three persons were injured when a passenger jeepney hit a fence in Barangay Q. Abeto, Mandurriao district.
Tuesday’s crash landed James Michael Bayson, 25; Dennis Baaya, 37; and Maria Palmes, 54 at the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao district. They all sustained body injuries, police said.
The jeepney driver was identified as Ricardo Capada, 54, of San Miguel, Iloilo.
Police reports showed Capada lost control of his jeepney and crashed into a concrete fence of the Mandurriao National High School around 9:30 a.m.
Capada, who escaped injury, was taken to the Mandurriao police station./PN
