ILOILO City – For stabbing his uncle, a cousin and a neighbor, a man faces a frustrated murder charge.

The 25-year-old Chris Alave fled after Thursday last week’s stabbing spree in Barangay Abangay, Janiuay, Iloilo.

As of press time, the suspect’s whereabouts remained unknown, according to the Janiuay police.

The victims were Rudy Agrigar, 49 (the uncle), Joseph Casipe (the cousin) and Ronald Satunero.

The stabbing happened around 7:30 p.m. in the house of Ronald Casipe, another cousin of the suspect.

According to Police Officer 3 Nestor Peligrino, Janiuay police investigator, there was an argument among the binge-drinking men.

To diffuse the tension, Agrigar told Alave to go home.

But minutes later, Alave returned with a knife and started his stabbing spree.
