BACOLOD City – Three persons were arrested for allegedly engaging in illegal gambling in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
Caught were Milagros Batillano, 55; Myrna Elardo, 49; and Eva Haberto, 34 – all residents of Barangay Ayungon, La Carlota City.
They were arrested on Nov. 15.
Judge Maria Concepcion Rivera of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities issued the warrants of arrest against on Oct. 25, recommending a bail of P6,000 for each.
