ILOILO City – Charged with serious physical injury, three men in Barangay Balabag, Malay, Aklan were arrested.
Rey Sacapano, 36; Rodito Absalon, 30; and Richard Bayeta, 31, were caught around 12 p.m. on June 17, a police report showed. There were all residents of Barangay Yapak, Malay, it added.
The Malay police staged the suspects’ apprehension on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Cleo Marie Santillan of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court.
The three were detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
The court recommended an P18,000 bail bond each for their temporary liberty./PN
