ILOILO City – For alleged illegal fishing, three persons were arrested in San Dionisio, Iloilo yesterday.
The following were detained at the San Dionisio police station: Eugine Fuentes, 43; John Azuelo, 44; and Patrocenio Alconga, 57, all residents of the town’s Barangay Talotoan.
The police and Bantay Dagat members caught them fishing in the municipal sea waters around 8 a.m.
They failed to present a permit, police said./PN
