BACOLOD City – Three persons charged with incestuous rape were arrested in Silay City, Negros Occidental on Monday morning.
They were Donelson Jalique, Pedro Segallo and Danilo Jalique, all residents of Hacienda San Isidro in Barangay Bagtic.
Judge Leonardo Facultad Jr. of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 69 (Silay City, Negros Occidental) ordered the suspects’ arrest issued on Dec. 10, 2021.
No bail bond was recommended for their temporary liberty./PN
