ILOILO City – St. Rafael Development Corp. (SRDC), Ferti-Acres, Inc. and East Tropics Land Developer, Inc. have merged to deliver “life’s simple pleasures.”

SRDC recently announced its joint partnership with the local developers as it relaunched Providence Iloilo, the company’s flagship project.
Inspired by the stories of their target market who are the overseas Filipino workers and those who are working and saving hard to have their own house, SRDC and its partners are now carrying “life’s simple pleasures” as its new tagline.

“If there’s one thing that we are providing, we want to deliver that product in life’s simple pleasures to our homeowners. They have worked and saved hard for it,” said SRDC founder and CEO Wyden King.

On his part, Ferti-Acres Inc. president Steven Brian Jison said being part of Iloilo’s booming economy through its partnership with SRDC is a wonderful opportunity.

Known for its unquestionable integrity, trustworthy structures and services, Ferti-Acres Inc. aims to provide cost-effective yet excellent houses for every Filipino.

With its partnership with SRDC, Providence Iloilo will have new house models and a selling system that will answer the needs of its clients, homeowners as well as sellers.

Ferti-Acres, Inc. is a diversified and dynamic real estate company established in 1974. Among its prominent projects include the SilayCenterpoint, Silay Centerville, South Residences, Villa Estefania, and Altura Townhomes.

On the other hand, East Tropics Land Developer, Inc. presidentEngr. Romeo Ignacio said that together with SRDC and Ferti-Acres Inc., the company commits to deliver the expected products and services to their clients.

“We joined SRDC with the mission of developing a subdivision or creating a community so that God’s blessings and abundance will be seen in this community,” he added.

SRDC CEO Norberto de Ocampo noted that aside from the good track record and workable proposals, they have chosen to partner with Ferti-Acres, Inc. and East Tropics Land Developer, Inc. because they share same goals and values as SRDC.

“These companies are both locals and we aim to be the best developer in Panay and Negros Island together with the local partners,” he said.
“We want to be known with the ability of the local and the product that will cater to the needs of the locals both for Panay and Negros Island,” de Ocampo added.
Presently, construction of model units and ready for occupancy units at Providence Iloilo is ongoing. They will start selling Providence Iloilo and Negros cluster 1 this year.
Furthermore, development of Palisades in Iloilo, Palisades 2 in Bacolod and clusters 2 to 6 of Providence Negros are on the pipeline for next year.
The management is embarking into land banking for its future projects in Iloilo and Bacolod, de Ocampo disclosed./PN
