ILOILO City – A resident of Barangay South Fundidor, Molo district lost three roosters.
The 64-year-old Estefano Javier Sr. believes they were stolen.
The missing roosters cost P2,000 each, or a total of P6,000, a police report showed.
Each was aged five to eight months, Javier told the district police.
According to Javier, he found the roosters missing at around 9 a.m. on Sept. 28.
The missing roosters were placed inside an improvised cage at their backyard.
Someone may have entered their closed but unlocked fence and took them, said Javier.
Police referred the case to the barangay lupon./PN
