ILOILO City – Three sachets of shabu were seized from a drug pushing suspect in Barangay Navais, Mandurriao district.
On Saturday around 7:45 p.m., the 49-year-old Rolly Peñafiel was taken to the Mandurriao police station.
Peñafiel sold to a client a sachet of shabu for P300. The buyer, however, turned out to be an undercover police officer.
The arrested suspect yielded two more sachets of shabu.
The Mandurriao police, as of this writing, was preparing to charge Peñafiel with violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
